Welcome to ,,Balletics Power’’, our dynamic 5-Day Split Program that blends the elegance of ballet with the intensity of athletic training and kickbox aerobics.
Each session is carefully designed to target different muscle groups, delivering a comprehensive workout experience that leaves you feeling invigorated and strong.
Day 1: Strong Back – Strengthen and tone your back muscles through a series of exercises, both with and without weights, enhancing posture and overall back health.
Day 2: LEGends of Balletics Power – Dive into a challenging choreography workout designed to sculpt and strengthen your lower body, improving leg strength, flexibility, and agility. This will make you sweat 😅🤪
Day 3: Arms & Chest – Define and tone your arms and chest with a variety of exercises utilizing weights, a ball and bodyweight, boosting upper body strength and endurance.
Day 4: Core and Balance – Engage your core and refine your balance with a dynamic choreography workout combined with pyramid training, fostering core stability and overall equilibrium.
Day 5: Full Body HIIT – Experience an exhilarating full-body HIIT session that strengthens your muscles, burns calories and improves cardiovascular fitness.
Did you know: Ballet dancers often incorporate kickboxing into their training to boost agility and endurance, while kickboxers embrace ballet-inspired moves to refine balance and precision.
We recommend repeating the program for at least 4-6 weeks to achieve optimal results. During this time, you should notice progress such as increased weight lifted, improved endurance during cardio sequences, and an overall boost in fitness.
